Cancellation Policy

The following deposit payment is applicable to Illusion Villa and must be received by Illusion Villa as to confirm a reservation:
30% deposit of the total rental amount. The remaining 70% balance is payable not less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking, the following cancellation terms will generally apply:

Trip cancellation or date amendment requests must be submitted at least 30 calendar days before check-in.
Free cancellation made up to 30 days BEFORE arrival (the deposit is refunded).
For cancellations made between 29 - 7 days prior to arrival date, the deposit amount (50%), is forfeited.
For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, no-shows, or early departures, the total reservation amount (100%) will be forfeited.
Guests can also receive a full refund (100%) if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
