Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing
We really enjoyed this place. So quiet and peaceful. Such an enjoyable place to return to after touring the island. Akrotiri has a nice shop for basic needs and several restaurants w good food. Definitely would recommend a car for seeing the many sites in the island.

Relaxing retreat!
Both couples really enjoyed sitting on the porch and enjoying the beautiful view. It was especially fun watching all the boats out on the water! We also spent a lot of time in the hot tub! The location was close to great dining and the beaches. This side of the island is so quiet and relaxing compared to the crowds and traffic around Oia. It was great!!!

The villa is just stunning with everything you could possibly need, it was extremely clean and comfortable and the air con in the downstairs bedrooms is very welcoming. The location is superb, set on a hill with stunning views of the sea, the outside space is great and the jacuzzi was so welcoming after sitting in the sun. It’s a short walk to the village where there is an excellent supermarket and several taverna’s. Aris, the caretaker is brilliant and was so very helpful with organising transport, a really lovely guy. The bedding was changed twice during our one week stay and the villa cleaned. We would love to return.

We absolutely loved this villa. Away from the busy areas of the island, but with a wonderful quaint downtown area with great restaurants (check out Theofanis). We loved the comfort, solitude and views from the front deck. Aris was absolutely amazing as onsite property manager helping us out... great guy!! We had a rental vehicle, so we could visit all parts of the island with little trouble. Catamaran cruise is a must and most boats go out from a harbour very close by. We had a private chef come in and cook for us which was amazing. Illusion Villa helped give our stay a true Greek feeling. Perfect setup for 2 couples with separate bedrooms & bathrooms on each end of Villa.

Illusion Villa is such a beautiful place in a perfect location close to the lovely quiet village of Akrotiri. The house was fantastic with a lovely hot tub outside. The caretaker also took such great care of us with great recommendations for local things to do and places to eat, and being available 24/7! If we ever go back to Santorini, we'll most certainly want to stay here again!
